It’s a family run business with experience in dairy farming on one side and hospitality on the other, and their dedication is reflected in the products. The process starts in Somerset with a herd of (mostly) Guernsey cows grazing lush pastures from February to November. They are milked in moderation, so the quality is maintained throughout the year, then the milk that isn’t immediately bottled is utilised in the making of butter and yoghurt.
