Dingly Dell Classic Pork Sausage

This third-generation family farming business based on the East Coast of Suffolk rears its unique Suffolk Red breed with the philosophy of animal welfare, taste and sustainability, focusing on the human-animal relationship that defines welfare. The Suffolk Red breeding programme scans for higher marbling and has been selecting for levels of intramuscular fat for 12 years, continually improving both taste and texture with each generation. Dingly Dell are also committed to rebuilding the native ecosystem, and have set themselves a goal to feed one million bees across their farm. 33.8 hectares (around 83 football fields) of nectar mixes have been planted in blocks around the farm, providing food for insects, butterflies and bees.
