Chilean Bass

Also known as the Patagonian Toothfish, Chilean bass boasts a unique balance of delicate texture and distinct flavour. It has a trademark buttery characteristic that sets it apart, combined with a flaky texture more delicate than cod and slightly firmer than seabass. It’s typically found at depths of up to 3,850m in the areas around Antarctica, in remote areas where volcanic currents meet enormous ice shelfs, both contributing to a rich and thriving habitat.
