Mackerel

Mackerel is an oily, nutrient-rich fish known for its bold, savory flavor and firm, flaky flesh. High in omega-3 fatty acids, it’s both healthy and satisfying. Often grilled, smoked, or cured, mackerel is popular worldwide for its distinctive taste and versatility in cooking. Ours comes from Cornwall (most commonly Newlyn), generally available from May until the end of September.
