Founded by Simona di Vietri, La Latteria aspires to recreate the refined artisanal cheese that Simona experienced as a child and bring them to London. Based in west London, they specialise in classic Italian cheeses, less commonly found in the UK. We like their burrata in particular, it’s a cheese that has seen a huge increase in popularity throughout London & the UK but is often produced to a lower standard in an attempt to meet the new demand. At La Latteria, Simona’s cousin Enrico, a cheesemaker with 15 years of experience in Milan prior to London, sets the standard with Chefs and home cooks alike lining up for the amazing cheeses.
